JadePro connects homeowners with independent local service pros. JadePro does not perform the work and is not a party to any agreement between you and a pro.

Using JadePro is free for homeowners. When you send a request, we share your name, phone number and job details only with the pros your request is sent to (no more than 3).

Pros are independent businesses. Please confirm licensing, insurance, pricing and scope directly with any pro before hiring.

Text messages (SMS)

Program: JadePro job updates. When you tick the text-message box on our request, sign-in or account forms, you agree to receive text messages from JadePro at the mobile number you entered.

Homeowners get: a one-time sign-in code, a text when a pro accepts your request, one follow-up asking whether the pro contacted you, and one review request. If no pro covers your area yet, you also get one text when your request is sent to a new pro, or one text if we have to close it. That is usually 2–6 texts per request.

Pros get: sign-in codes, a text when they have new leads, and a reminder if a homeowner says they haven't heard from them. How often depends on how many leads they receive.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email rgray80@gmail.com. Note: if you opt out, we can't text you a sign-in code or job updates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
